Where exactly the ceremony will be held by the newlyweds themselves, it can take place on the beach, in the garden or in the tropical forest – suitable romantic places on the island set. Speech by local musicians, exotic cocktails filed in coconut or pineapple, banquet with unusual dishes – all this will make a wedding unforgettable.
To play a wedding in Mauritius you need to perform a number of formalities. No later than 30 days before the ceremony, to submit an application for marriage registration in the civil office in Port Louis. From the documents you will need copies of foreign passports and the birth certificates of future spouses, a statement that they want to play a wedding in Mauritius, information about the place of work, positions and place of residence. Copies of documents must be attached to the originals, pre-translated into English or French and refer notaries.
