Visa to Ukraine

Currently between Russia and Ukraine There is a visa-free regime. Tourists when passing the boundary, it is necessary to have an internal passport of a citizen of the our Federation or passport.

Children under 14 must have with them necessarily a birth certificate with a liner or stamp on our citizenship or passport. Children from 14 to 18 years old must necessarily have a general internal passport or passport. When leaving an imperfectly summer child, accompanied by one of the parents, power of attorney from the second parent is not required. But, with it, it is necessary to have a birth certificate to establish related links, even despite the presence of an internal or passport child.

When traveling Children under 18 without maintaining parents or guardians need to provide passports and notarized the consent of the parents for the departure of these persons, indicating the period of departure and the state they intend to visit. However, this consent is not required in the actual absence of a second parent, which is confirmed by the documents: the maternal book, a certificate of death, a document on the deprivation of parental rights, the statement of the second parent about the child’s refusal, a document from the court, indicating that the location of the second parent is impossible to determine.
