Las Vegas will be built in Spain

While Barcelona holds the palm of the championship in the number of tourists among Spanish cities, but soon the situation can change and hot vouchers to Spain will be sold already in Madrid. In Alarcon, one of the Madrid suburbs plan to build a giant entertainment park – Las Vegas in European. Construction will lead Las Vegas Sands Corporation, owned by Sheldon Adelson. According to preliminary estimates, the construction of the European University will cost 17 billion euros and will be fully completed by 2022.

In the entertainment park there will be 12 tourist complexes and hotels where 36 thousand people will be able to accommodately, 6 casinos, golf courses and many other entertainment places. Initially, Barcelona put forward his candidacy for the construction of European Las Vegas, but investors decided to benefit Madrid’s suburb. The first stage of the construction will be completed by 2017, and then, Alarcon will become one of the leading regions of Europe not only for entertainment, but also for organizing conferences and congresses.

The complex is expected to have a beneficial effect on the tourism business of Spain and will attract new tourists to the country, first of all from our country and states of Eastern Europe, where there is limitations or ban on gambling. And so that tourists do not experience discomfort on vacation and did not refuse their habits, the law prohibiting smoking in public places will not be operated on the territory of the Euroves.
